State Authority and Federal Tax Funds Act : Amends Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated
Proposed amendment to legislation in Georgia calls for all federal taxes collected be used by the Federal government only on constitutional laws and programs, otherwise, the federal government doesn’t get the money from the state.
“The Panel shall determine the percentage of all federal expenditures that are in
53 compliance with the limits placed on the federal government by the states using the most
54 recent data published by the federal government plus any additional information on other
55 expenditures made but not disclosed by the federal government. No Federal expenditures
56 shall be qualified for disbursement to the appropriate federal recipient from the Federal Tax
57 Fund unless the use of those expenditures is made transparent to the Panel and to the

58 members of the General Assembly for the purpose of certifying the constitutionality of said
59 expenditures.”
