Have You Forgotten?
I was working for a major telecommunications company when the images on the below videos filled the screens of the monitors in the corner of our office area. They were always tuned into the news on CNN.
You don’t see much of these pictures anymore.
I know there are those who would say WHY? WHY do you dwell on this? WHY do you show these images?
I want to remind people these are not some old black and white depictions of some long ago war. This event is still extremely relevant considering we still have forces fighting and dying on the ground, in the first theater of operations in the War On Terror. Rememberance is due to all the victims, and to all the hero first-responders who gave their lives so that others might live.
Below, a tribute from Darryl Worley asking us if we had forgotten. I believe many Americans have.
